After Connor is released from prison, Garrett shows up to pick him up at the start of the film. When Garrett brings up the sum Connor owes him, Connor demands in a harsh and firm manner that Garrett go and never come back. We see Tarak and Pavani in the meantime, who are struggling as a result of the terrible conditions that people with unique powers must endure. Tarak is unable to afford his sister's schooling without Garrett's help, but he still needs money badly. Tarak decides to act, determined to make a difference in the circumstances.
Code 8: Part II Lookmovie story begins with Garrett showing up to give Connor a ride shortly after his release from prison. But when Garrett brings up his debt to Connor, Connor gives him the straightforward order to vanish from sight. We meet Tarak and Pavani in the interim, who are battling the restrictions placed on those possessing unusual abilities. Tarak's sister needs financial support to finish her school, but Garrett is keeping Tarak from being able to get more money. Driven by a strong sense of commitment, Tarak decides to take this situation head-on.
