The movie Hit Man Lookmovie is captivating to watch, and I'm happy I was able to see it in a theater while I could. Because while feeling like a parody of other movies, this one is incredibly funny in a way that feels like a vision all its own. Glen Powell is ideal for this part, and even though I was growing more and more troubled by his choices, I still found myself rooting for him on his path. It works well as a crime thriller and is funny when read as a dark comedy. I was always curious to see where the tale would go, even if I thought the central plot should have been stronger. But "Hitman" defies convention with a skillfully written, directed, and acted movie.
